Designed and built a secure production-grade Kubernetes platform from zero, replacing a manual SSH deploy workflow. Full CI/CD, GitOps, policy-based admission, runtime security, image signing, secrets management, and distributed storage, integrated end to end under a fail-fast philosophy.
Built an internal product from the ground up. Rust microservices accept events from any monitoring source, normalize them at ingestion, and open and auto-resolve tickets in the ticketing system. Alerting runs on a message queue, with configurable rules deciding who gets notified. The customer half is a web portal: live CMDB overview, self-service tickets, alert subscriptions, and OIDC login.
Built a B2B bulk messaging platform from scratch. Customers upload large recipient lists straight to object storage with presigned URLs, skipping the app server entirely; the backend fans out across delivery channels through a message queue, with autoscaling workers matching burst load. Frontend with live stats and charts, full CI/CD: the whole stack, top to bottom.
